I have been reviewing for the certification exams for quite a while now and

http://groupstudy.com/ is a good online resource for this type of thing.
This list is more focused on network service provider issues than exam
preparation. Although lurking here probably wouldn't hurt, your time
and resources are probably better spent at groupstudy.
