IP SLA seems to be the best option at present. Although we monitor with some open source tools. I would like to have a way to check that I am getting what (bandwidth) I am paying for if this makes sense.
It seems to me that these programs only monitor the circuits not test throughput. I want to be able to test throughput on the circuit.
