No I don't for the ME, but you could start with this for the non-ME: http://supportwiki.cisco.com/ViewWiki/index.php/MAC_Addresses_used_by_the_Cisco_3750 (seems to be 64 for physical ports, 64 for SVI) and the way I reverse engineered that was just to run a script to set up 500 SVIs and take a look at the results.
