I need your support on this if you may came across it.
Company is planing to deploy IP telephony in the network covering 2 remote
sites and head quarter.
here is my plan:
85pcs x CP-3911 (Cisco SIP Phone 3911)
1pcs x MCS7816H3-K9-CMB1 (Unified CM 6.0 7816-H3 Appliance, 0 Seats)
2pcs x LIC-CM-DL-100=
1pcs x LIC-CM6.0-7816= (License Unified CM 6.0 7816 Appliance, 500 seats)
My question is this:
1. What is the DLU for CP-3911 (Cisco SIP Phone 3911) device? Based on that I
can calculate number of LIC-CM-DL-100= license
2. What is LIC-CM6.0-7816=(License Unified CM 6.0 7816 Appliance, 500 seats)
license, is it the one for CM application software license. Because I got this
line from the Communication Manager v6.0 documentation. Application and phone
software licenses are enforced.
3. Is there any other LIC-CM6.0-7816= license which has few seats, maybe around
100. By the way, what is a seat here. Seat, does that mean the total number
that Comunication manager can manage upto?
4. If I go for Unified CM v7.1 then what is the part number for that with MCS
appliance?
