It's just a symptom of the fact that they run time-based releases with
IOS XE on ASR1K, so 2.5 doesn't live long, and they tell us that well
in advance (even before there is an alternative). Some of the releases
(2.4, 2.7, 2.10, 2.23 etc) will have extended maintenance.
