Unfortunately not, I can tell you that at least on the GSRs the issue is not 
present in gsr-k4p-mz.120-32.SY9 and it was present in gsr-p-mz.120-32.SY3.bin. 
   

If the prefix comes back, and we see same issues with the couple of customers 
who were peering with us on older code base 7200s (where we saw the problem 
internally too) we will spin up a lab router and catch the updates.   
Unfortunately in this case the routers were in places where I would have had to 
dispatch if we ran them out of CPU running debugging.
