I've done a CCO case regarding outgoing loadsharing on 7200 port-channel
(which I guess is the same on your 3640) and it doesn't work well. I don't
remember exactly what the outcome was, but I decided against it since my
use application was few flows and few IPs, and this meant etherchannel
didn't really work.
