What leads you to conclude this? We have some CRS-1's in our core and they're doing some pretty cool "networking and/or BGP" things, without problems. Heck, they're even better at doing some "basic" things I hoped our ASR1000's would do (read: MPLS-TE support over LACP links), which is currently really pissing me off with Cisco. Mark.
