Subject: [c-nsp] IPS Auto Update Fail
FYI-
In case anyone else is having the same issue on IPS running 7.0-4-E4 - the
HTTPS auto update connection is successful but the redirected HTTP connection
fails from every place but inside Cisco's network. TAC engineer's lab works
successfully yet 3 other locations trying to access the URL fail.

from the cisco.com locator service, however, package download failed: HTTP
connection failed
Not sure if any other version of IPS is affected.
