Hi Nick,
it's disabled by default. You have to add statement 'counter' into SVI
config.
interface Vlan6
description bb
ip address x.x.x.x x.x.x.x
no ip redirects
no ip unreachables
no ip proxy-arp
load-interval 30
counter
end
