Hi again, Looks like there is a way to workaround this issue by enabling "Deterministic Large VRF Support" with the "vrf <name> mode big" configuration command. More info can be found here: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/routers/asr9000/software/asr9k_r4.1/general/release/notes/reln_a9k_411.pdf
