Been trying to deal with cisco's web site and having the worst luck. Slow and timeouts are the best way to describe it, with lots of 500 errors and 'page not founds'. Even opening a support case online resulted in 'page not found'. And reporting this on the phone to cisco got a very clueless email response 'check with your ISP...'. Uggg....it's gonna be one of those days....
