Take a look at the 3750X with the 2*10GE expansion module if you just need simple routing.

Cisco Presales has confirmed that it will do 44Gbit/s both L2 and L3 ... Are there any other device in that price range that could be used for this? 1-2 10GE ports and L3 capable of course ... dynamic routes aren't really necessary, neither are ACL etc ...
