My question, if anyone cares to lead me in the right direction, involves our need to authenticate imported, used Cisco Equipment
deemed counterfeit and seized by our Detroit area US Customs. ( It's not but they suspect & that's enough.) We provided serial number proof or validity as per Cisco's web site but the included Cisco disclaimer, "information only, not for legal" they said, negates it. I know Cisco employs brand protection specialist. Perhaps one to go on site is what's needed? A 3rd party???? The product in question are qty. (20) Cisco ASA5505-SEC-BUN-K9. Any help is appreciated.
