I have seen this perhaps hundreds of times. Typically my recommendation would be a) Upgrade to the latest software. Many of these HEARTBEAT crashes are resolved. b) If you are running modern software, engage TAC. They need to decode why the SP <-> RP communication broke down. Without data, they don't know what/why things happened.
