Hi Folks, Which task-ids do you use to allow pretty much the whole sh run to be displayed by tier1 helpdesk operator please? This is for tac_+ We have tried to just list all that we considered necessary though it appears that if we add several task-ids and task-groups into the tasks list via: task = " -we'll get a weird behavior where user is not allowed any tasks. I'd appreciate any pointers. Thank you
