Today I wasnt able to open a TAC case with the tool I always use: https://tools.cisco.com/ServiceRequestTool/create/DefineProblem.do The page loads but shows nothing. Same behavior with IE and FF. Can someone confirm what I see ? And that this tool is not going way ? Thanks.
