Did you try reseating the card to check if the problem corrects? Which IOS release you are running on the node?

If you started seeing this issue recenty, you may want to check and see what was the last linecard or Sup you added to system and go from there.. To rule out a bad sup you can do switchover to standby if present, or move sup to other slot and see..
