Hi Skeeve, Generally you can apply a policy-map to the Virtual Access Interface on the LNS by adding a Cisco AV pair in the users RADIUS profile (or configured it on the Virtual-Template!).
I have some brief notes here; http://null.53bits.co.uk/index.php?page=dsl-over-l2tp-qos I made those notes using 7201's and 7206VXR LNS's. I haven't had a chance to test these on our ASR1K2-X LNS's yet so YMMV fro ASRs.
