There is a gap in your knowledge, you should remove the config and start again. I'm not sure why you would have "mpls ip" and "mpls bgp forwarding" configured on the same interface? Nor why you would have two loopsbacks? You're provider shouldn't need connectivity to either, since this is eBGP based inter-as MPLS.
