Yes, but:
1. you might need a pretty beefy 4-post shelf to sit it on if the
mounting rail kit won't work in your cabinet
2. if your cabinet has doors, you might have to take them off
Cisco has been trending toward making their gear much deeper in the past
several years, so what was a perfectly acceptable cabinet might no longer
be deep enough to hold Cisco's newer boxes.
