Anyone had issues with a CM coming up with a 10mb connection? It's
connected to a 3750E and it will not doing anything better than 100mb if we
hard set both sides. Auto should run gig but it wont come up.

Any ideas?

TIA

Scott

PS. waiting for TAC.

What does the TDR on the switchport say?

Something like:
Test cable-diagnostics tdr g1/0/1

PS hard setting is evil.
