we are running CM 8.6.2.
our Server team is in the process of upgrading there last AD server to
windows 2012 from 2003. All other AD servers are 2008r2. They say they are
not upgrading the AD structure from 2003, but since this is the last server
to upgrade I'm concerned that it may upgrade the AD structure to 2008 or a
mix of 2008 / 2012.
according to
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/admin/8_6_1/ccmsys/a04direc.htmlit
looks like I should be OK with either AD 2003 or 2008, but if anything
happens with 2012, I'm guessing I'm hosed?
Any experience or other links would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Scott

It should stay at 2008 or 2008 R2 native. They should not be able to up to
2012 Native with the 2008R2 DC's still in production. They might be able to do
2012 Mixed mode, but usually that is a conscious choice. I am actually
spinning up a test 2012 server right now, and I can take a look to confirm.

As others have said, appears to be an error regarding disks on your server.
The mention of LSI and VD would suggest its the raid virtual disk
reporting this error. TAC case it.

Subject: [cisco-voip] UCCX 8 Callback

Hi all,
I recently upgraded a customer from UCCX 7 to UCCX 8.5. Previously the customer
had one Pilot number that the reps would call and after a brief prompt it would
end the call and proceed with a Callback to the rep. This was accomplished by
referring to some info in a SQL database. I do not know SQL that well, but now
have to provide a similar solution on the UCCX 8.5. Is there any chance anyone
has a sample script that could do something similar or could point me in the
right direction?

Is there a reason you cannot use the same script while making any changes
necessary to bring it up to compatibility with the 8.x platform?
Callbacks aren't very complicated and can be handled in a variety of ways
depending on the requirements and environment, you should be able to use
the original script as your guide.
