Better late than never:

What are you looking for? Built to spec rooms? Small desktop units?
Camera hanging off a Cisco phone, Movi (Jabber) client on a computer.

or are you looking for Infrastructure?

I'm looking more at the infrastructure and how it all works together as
well as integrations with CUCM 9.x

I picked up the Cisco TelePresence Fundamentals book from Cisco Press as a
starting point. ANd I have been trying to read the documents Cisco
provides.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Unity SQL Server Object Lock Avg Wait

Hello,
I am seeing SQL server lock average wait times increase on a Client's Unity
server.

Any ideas on identifying what is causing this and how to stop it?

I have seen it increase now to over 100,000 ms, which seems like a long
time.

Thanks in advance!
