See; m=audio 19426 RTP/AVP 18 101

The 18 equals G729, the 101 is related to DTMF.

You should see AVP 0 101 for G711.

Watch your debug ccsip messages for the codecs being sent in the SDP. It looks
like you have a mismatch, I wasn't clear the direction of the below SIP packet
(inbound vs outbound) but it's not showing G711 as you indicated is your codec.
Which would requires a Transcoder.

I posted this on the Cisco forums but I wanted to reach out to you
guys here as well.

So Inbound calls works fine with no issues, however outbound I'm
getting a busy signal when I dial out to the PSTN, not your typical
CSS fast busy but busy like someone who does not have call waiting.
Here are the debugs below.

SIP trunk between CUCMBE and CUBE are MTP codec method is 711ulaw, in
my Regions my CUBE is set to g729r8, and phones are set to 711ulaw.
I'm not sure what's happening but it's very frustrating.

Anyone can be of assistance?

All,

Question, hopefully a simple one...we have UCCE v. 9.1 and the customer is
using CAD. They have set up Not-Ready reason codes but want to know how their
agents can see what code they are in in real time. In the Agent Real Time
Display report within CAD it will only show those states AFTER they change
them. Is there any way for the Agent to see what reason code they are in at
that moment?

Thanks!

Michele:

There is no way for the agent to see this in CAD. There is a custom report
that can be generated in CUIC, but it's unlikely that they agent would have
access to this platform. Cisco Finesse may provide this functionality, but I'm
not 100% on that.

We upgraded from 8.X to 9.0.2. On 8 we could select multiple Reason Codes but
since the upgrade, we cannot select multiple Reason Codes. Does anyone know of
a way to turn multiple selections back on?

Thank you

Neal Haas
