Check to see if your exchange server is functioning fine and exchange services
on the unity server are running.

Also check disk space on the unity server, I've seen the Exchange services stop
running if disk space runs out.

Are you unified or voicemail only?

I am having a problem bulk updating the phones on our cluster and am getting
the following message:

[cid:[email protected]]
Has anyone seen this before, is this possible a bug?

Our current version is: 8.6.2.2

James

Event Viewer in Windows will help on both the Unity and partner Exchange Server
(you didn?t specify what version). There are plenty of tools to test/check
MAPI.

any one configured mgcp gateway with srst-cme in vrf's.
our cucm 8.5 cant get registered with the mgcp gateway

even no mgcp packets are flowing around in the debugs.

Google says, mgcp and srst both are vrf unaware,

if so is there any work around

thanks for any advise.
