Hi

In exiting UCCE outbound setup, iam mid of configuring CUSP.
We are expanding the outbound UCCE to new branch location where calls are
being dialled from centralised Dialer location & based on campign (agent
transfer ) , calls were be routed to agents.

UCCE is on SIP , i wish to understand the config required with the every
new branch location addition . There will be only VG [for dailer based
outbound pstn calls] in branch location & call connection between
dailer/VG/CUCM is via CUSP (router based proxy)

Not sure much of config in CUSP , please do the needful.

Manju,
This is a forum for learning and obtaining assistance with issues
encountered in a voice network. If there's a particular issue you're having
and need help with, or a design you'd like to discuss the merits of, we're
happy to help. If you need consulting services, such as someone to put
together or modify a CUSP configuration for you, then a number of us are
willing to help, but you're unlikely to obtain this assistance, where the
responsibility for completion lies with a party other than yourself, free
of charge.

-Peter

Though its a minor task, just want to get expert advice since it is

You really don't add remote branch to CUSP you add the extensions or DID's and
point them to your Call Manger. I can show you what I'm talking about if you
want to do a WebEx.
