I was thinking super copy too...Just because we usually keep the first phone intact unless it's dead. The only gotcha I have run into with that, so far is that it will lose the user/device association, so that has to be done manually. ..
But changing the mac is definitely the easiest! I want to swap it out for a new 7942 (the old one's buttons are getting non-responsive). What's the easiest way to do this, preserving all the configuration of the old phone so it migrates easily over to the new one? I want the user, phone lines, alerting text, pickup groups, all that to move right over to the new phone. Last time I tried this I spent about 3 hours reconfiguring the new phone with things I had missed in the swap out. Thanks.
