So these phones don't use the SRST prompt setting like other phones? :(

Michel, 


There's no way to resolve it at the moment. I think I may have opened a feature 
enhancement bug on this before I left Cisco. I would try working with your 
Cisco Account Manager on this so they can get the issue prioritized with the 
Business Unit that works on those phone models.
