Hi All,
Has anyone come across a high pitched noise coming from a Cisco 8941. Sample
noise attached. These are contact centre agents and this noise happens
intermittently, internal, external and apparently IP to IP. They do have other
phones in the office 6921's but no issues from these phones.
They are running firmware 8945.9-3-2SR1-2.
Any ideas?
