All, We use Lync RCC integrated with out CUPS 8.5 server and works fine except for some intermittent issue where the integration fails.

I'm seeing traces of below on trace log of CUPS collected on RTMT. 11:31:02.127 |Wed Feb 04 11:31:02 2015] PID(28987) Got QBE Failure Response: reqId=-1449213188 Line already opened by application. Do you happen to know what this message is referring to? TIA
