what does show ip dhcp binding and show ip dhcp conflict  show ?

maybe some ip addresses are simply not beeing handed out because of a conflict 
that happened some time ago ? you can reset it via clear ip dhcp conflict *

Any one seen this problem before ?

I had three phones go dead Monday and it looks like all my IP's ( 32 ) are used 
up but I only have 15 phones there.
