Perhaps I have stumped everyone with this one!! I don't see a way to modify the CXN 10.5 Full Mailbox Check transfer to Opening Greeting.
If no ideas I'll open a TAC case, sounds like perhaps a PERS request. Where do I select/modify what Call Handler to transfer to if Mailbox is Full. We don't want it going to the Opening Greeting.
