My client has recently deployed UCCE/CVP and has queried whether it would be possible to mask the Connected Line Presentation for internal calls into queues via CUCM.
Currently they see the VRU label Route Pattern digits eg. 777777! when a user dials into their helpdesk. I can change this to 'unknown' by setting the Connected Line ID Presentation to 'restricted' but it would be better if i could simply keep the original dialled DN associated with the CTI Route Point registered to the PG. Is there a workaround for this?
