Customer with CUC 8.6, they have UM with Exchange 2010. Customer needs voicemails to follow Exchange rules (forward, etc.) when they set them.
E.g. User is out for the day; they want their voicemails to be forwarded to another user... they want to be able to turn it off when they get back. Currently, voicemails are not forwarding based on the Outlook rules... any ideas? Jonathan
