I have a customer with 18 2800 voice gateways in production and 5 cold spares. Are they required to purchase a license in order to upgrade from 12.4 to 15 for the base and/or voice features?
For the cold spares would they need to have those under SmartNET in order to swap them out with a failed router or can they be upgraded and license transferred in the event of a failure? Hank
