As Jason said, it is a known bug and the TAC engineer logged in to the root and removed the licxpiry.txt and the upgrade to 10.5 from 8.5 was successful. Am migrating the CUCM 8.5 to UCS and upgrade it to version 10.5 using the below procedure; 1. Install the same version running on MCS on the UCS server 2.
