What's the TAC case number? :) You're correct, as long as it is lower than the configuration that takes affect for that DN. If this is set on the DN, then it takes precedence, else it takes the service parameter. UCCX doesn't 'look' at anything. It just routes the call and CUCM does all the RNA arbitration.
Thank you, Ryan LaFountain Unified Contact Center Cisco Services Direct: +1 919 392 9898 Hours: M - F 9:00am - 5:00pm Eastern Time From: cisco-voip on behalf of Anthony Holloway Date: Wednesday, July 8, 2015 at 3:08 PM To: Cisco VoIP Group Subject: [cisco-voip] UCCX: Ring No Answer Timer I just had a TAC engineer tell me that my 20 second timeout value in my Select Resource step needs to be lowered because my Service Param in CUCM for Forward No Answer was also at 20, despite my Agent DN's being hard coded at 22 seconds. The logic was, "UCCX looks at the Service Param and not the Line setting." I'm not claiming to know everything, but I'm pretty sure that's wrong. Thoughts?
