Matt is right. There is another product that will work, but I wouldn't
recommend it for production.

It's called Aumtech and it uses an MRCP connection to Microsoft Speech
Server as the ASR/TTS engine, which is significantly cheaper than Nuance.
That said, it's not supported, so it's really only good for lab environment.
