Have a cust with Microsoft Lync 2010, we need to be able to do Microsoft RCC...
Followed the steps in the integration guide and installed the plugin, but we have no menu... Don't see the Cisco menu under tools... We have verified the user is enabled for RCC on IM and Presence and on Lync... Any other ideas? Jonathan
