I've never been happy with any Cisco class I've taken. That's 3 (sunset learning) and I'm not wasting my time or the company's money any more.
I got to attend a Skype class last month and Microsoft's training just embarrasses Cisco (unfortunately). However... I highly suggest Alta3's SIP essentials class.
