This is co-res on call manager. All the docs say it is up to application to alert on license issues and not PLM.
I wish there was a way to poll PLM directly for license usage, compliance, etc via SNMP but I haven't found a way yet and tried to walk the MIBs but nothing pops up that looks right. Wish PLM had way to do it's own syslog alerts to or snmp traps. I do have some other clients with standalone PLMs. Erick On Tue, Jul 5, 2016 at 11:01 AM, Brian Meade <[email protected]> wrote: > Do you have a standalone PLM or co-res? > > On Tue, Jul 5, 2016 at 12:25 PM, Erick Bergquist <[email protected]> wrote: >> >> Has anyone seen any issues with the license related Call Manager >> alerts not being logged to the CiscoSyslog or sent as Syslog messages? >> >> The RTMT alerts are all enabled, and I have a 10.5.2.12901-1 (SU2a) >> version system with an active CiscoSystemInOverage alert in RTMT and >> the license warning when you log into Call Manager. >> >> But no where in the activelog syslog/CiscoSyslog file or on the syslog >> server is a syslog message for this Overage alert. >> >> Usually RTMT alerts are logged to the file also. >> >> How can I get this logged in the file and sent to a syslog server or >> is this a bug?
