Yes, home cluster is set and correct and I created the peer links. Home cluster verified correct as DNS only points to the one and user signs in ok to the second cluster. Troubleshooter in IM&P does show all green in Intercluster section.

Both clusters are LDAP/ADFS-SSO integrated, all users are on the same AD domain with the same UPN (@customer.com<http://customer.com>). MRA is not in the picture. Directory URI is set to Email Address. IM Address Scheme is the same as email as well.
