Yesterday we had an issue with our UCM Cluster (10.5.2). On one of the Subscribers the A Cisco DB stopped. It restarted itself within 10 minutes. During this time some features (CFA, Huntgroup Login/Logout,..) were not available. >From RTMT and in the syslog reports I found the following entries: At Mon Apr 03 15:01:52 CEST 2017 on node UCM4, the following SyslogSeverityMatchFound events generated: SeverityMatch : Critical MatchedEvent : Apr 3 15:01:18 UCM4 local7 2 : 455: UCM4: Apr 03 2017 13:01:18.421 UTC : %UC_SERVICEMANAGER-2-ServiceFailed: %[ServiceName=A Cisco DB][Reason=Service stopped abruptly][AppID=Cisco Service Manager][ClusterID=][NodeID=UCM4]: Service terminated. AppID : Cisco Syslog Agent ClusterID : NodeID : UCM4 TimeStamp : Mon Apr 03 15:01:18 CEST 2017 SeverityMatch : Alert MatchedEvent : Apr 3 15:01:33 UCM4 local7 1 : 85551: <http://ucm4.uc.domain.ch/> UCM4.uc.domain.ch: Apr 03 2017 13:01:33.11 UTC : %UC_CALLMANAGER-1-DBLException: %[ErrorCode=-908][ExceptionString=Failed to connect to datasource: [Informix][Informix ODBC Driver][Informix]Attempt to connect to database server (UCM4_ccm10_5_2_][AppID=Cisco CallManager][ClusterID=CMP1-Cluster][NodeID=UCM4]: An error occurred while performing database activities AppID : Cisco Syslog Agent ClusterID : NodeID : UCM4 TimeStamp : Mon Apr 03 15:01:33 CEST 2017 After 10 Minutes the errors (Failed to connect fo datasource) disapeared and the features were available again.
