It says <earlier versions of CCM>, does that mean it only causes the reporting 
issue on CUCM prior to SU2?

CER IP Subnet Tracking Issues and Device Mobility issues I can think of 
off-hand.  A lot of people utilize Device Mobility feature to give different 
policies to MRA devices.
