Anyone seen an issue when users login into Finesse Desktop they get a "no response state" from the login window ( no errors and no desktop display ) and occasionally they may get an "timeout error".
My client is a large government org and the users can experience up to 45 "no response" login attempts before they get access to their desktop. Only happens early in the morning , the site load occurs mid-morning so it doesn't coincide with network traffic. Also is intermittent between users and all the users are in the IT helpdesk.
