Is there not a document that lists the default firmware included natively in
11.5(1) SU1/2/3?

We used to use this document for other versions to plan our upgrades.

The v9 compatibility matrix seems to be the last version of the document that
contained this information.

https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/compat/9_x/ccmcompmatr_9x.pdf

The v11 document has nothing about default loads.

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/compat/11_x/cucm_b_cucm-imp-compatibility-matrix-11x.pdf

but points you to:

Cisco Unified Communications Manager Device Package Compatibility Matrix

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/compat/matrix/CMDP_BK_CCBDA741_00_cucm-device-package-compatibility-matrix.pdf

Which has a combination of "Native" and device packs listed.
