Can't find in the SRND the section where 3rd party SIP phones and MoH is discussed. I recall some limitations, but need specifics.
Press hold on a 3rd Party SIP vtech hotel phone and pretty sure by design it won't play moh. Got a link to page in SRND with 3rd party SIP endpoint limitations.
