It's been a while since I've done this. Trying to add an application dial rule for:
+32 2 704 5555 (cisco Europe TAC) I've got: [cid:[email protected]] But it doesn't seem to be working. The number does not match any of the existing dial rules. I can dial the number when I manually complete the rule. DNA does not include application dial rules as far as I can tell, so, no help there. Do I need to restart anything? I hope not!
