Anyone ever seen an issue where the saved chat log in Outlook has an unrelated email address but the address associated does exist in the email AD field within the domain?
For example: I chat with John Doe. [email protected] But the message in the Cisco Jabber Chats folder is from [email protected] Both exist in AD and both a counts are correct but somehow exchange is picking the wrong address as the participant.
